What we accept

  • Production machinery in the 18 industries listed below.
  • Single machines, small lots, and complete lines.
  • Machines that are complete, with their tooling, change parts, controls, manuals and nameplate.
  • Machines that still run, and machines that are sound but not currently under power. Tell us which.
  • Older equipment. Age is not the disqualifier. A machine with sound mechanics and a live second-hand market outsells a newer machine nobody wants.
  • Equipment from a dealer's own stock.

What we will tell you not to ship

  • Anything with no realistic second user. If the only market is scrap, we say so before you spend money shipping it.
  • Machines stripped for parts, missing their controls, or missing the tooling that makes them work.
  • Anything we cannot describe honestly. If nobody can tell us what it is, what it did, or whether it ran, we cannot sell it and we will not list it.
  • Consumer goods, vehicles that are not plant equipment, and general office contents.
  • Anything with an unresolved ownership, lien or title question. Bring the paperwork first.
  • Anything with a contamination, residue or regulatory issue that has not been dealt with. Machines arrive drained, cleaned and safe to handle.

Every one of those is a screening rule that protects you rather than a refusal. The sentence we would rather you remember is the one where we told you not to ship it.
